Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

Offer valid from July 24th, 2024 to August 30th, 2024. This Sweepstakes is limited to one (1) eBike RadRover™ 6 Plus Electric Fat Tire Bike (valued at $1,599 USD) and will end when the winner is selected at random. The odds of winning the e-Bike depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The more entries received, the lower the odds of winning.

Offer is limited to one helmet (valued at $55 USD) per person per scheduled and attended meeting. The gifted helmet will be shipped directly to the address supplied by the recipient and sent via standard shipping post-meeting. If unable to accept the item, PebblePost will donate from a provided list to a charity of equal value.

1. To be entered, a Recipient must fill out the form above to schedule and meet with a PebblePost employee. A meeting must occur on or before August 30th, 2024,, 5:59 pm ET. 
2. This promotion is on a first-come-first-serve basis for helmets and is limited to one helmet per brand/company. Helmet eligible recipients will be notified shortly after booking a meeting whether helmets are still in supply. In the case of multiple form submissions from one brand, the winning recipient will be chosen at random.
3. The winner of the eBike Sweepstakes will be selected at random after meeting the requirements of booking and attending a meeting with a PebblePost representative. 
4. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
5. To participate in this promotion, you must be at least 18 years of age or older.
6. Only U.S. lawful permanent residents and citizens are eligible to participate.
7. PebblePost is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items; no returns or substitutions are allowed.
8. This offer is non-transferable.

Entry Methods:

Participants may enter the offer and sweepstakes by visiting the official PebblePost website (www.pebblepost.com/[sweepstakes]) during the sweepstakes period. To enter, participants must follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the designated sweepstakes page on the PebblePost website.
2. Complete the entry form by providing all required information, including full name, email address, and any other requested details.
3. Submit the completed entry form electronically by clicking the designated submission button.

No other methods of entry, including but not limited to mail-in entries, phone entries, or entries submitted via social media platforms, will be accepted or considered valid for participation in the offer and sweepstakes.

By entering via the PebblePost website, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the official rules and terms governing the offer and sweepstakes, as well as PebblePost’s privacy policy.
